Wilco Films is a company that Rico and I had been thinking about creating for many years now.

Having gone to school for photography and film I somehow ended up landing a nice career in the high tech world. However, I have always kept film and photography by my side as more of a hobby. Now some 12 years later I find myself creating films that are as good if not better than projects I see on TV and video. I have spent too many years watching videos, films and documentaries thinking to my self "I could have done that better". So watch no more, I now create.

When looking at what most video production companies offered for their services, it seemed to me that most of the production houses were priced very high, placing them out of reach for most of the general public and small businesses. I thought "what if there was a production house that could offer people and small businesses professional high quality productions at prices they could afford".

As a little kid, I was always fascinated with film and movies. My earliest memory of a film was "Jaws" at the age of 5. Not only has that film forever eliminated my participation in any future aquatic activities involving getting in the ocean, but it has left a lasting impression of the impact that a moving picture on the silver screen can have on an audience.

We strive to create long lasting impressions in all the work we produce while capturing your vision on film and taking advantage of the latest advancements in filmmaking technology available.

Our idea is to provide the best creative resources to our clients yet keep the overhead low at the same time. We have done this by creating relationships with some the most creative professionals in the industry. That allows us to provide an amazing array of services to our clients. We can tap into cinematographers, photographers, video editors, sound engineers, script writers, voice over artists, and much much more. With this pool of talent we are able to take a client's vision from concept to screen all in house and still maintain low budgets and quick shooting schedules for our clients.

We have done work as straight-forward as short video resumes for budding actors to working on feature length documentary films. We can provide an array of services from simple editing to high end aerial  cinematography from a helicopter or airplane.

It's simple, if you have an vision then we can shoot it for you. And we can do it within an affordable budget. But most of all we here at Wilco Films are very passionate about the quality of products we produce. Our clients know they will get beautiful and stunning works of art.
